This Gurdwara is also known as Gurdwara Charan Pak Patshahi I and is situated at a distance of 17 Km West of Abohar City, 30 km from District Ganganagar and 9 Km from Panj Kosi railway Station on Abohar - Ganganagar Road in Village Haripura.
The First Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji visited this place during his first Udasi (Preaching tour). Guru Ji was accompanied by Bhai Bala and Bhai Mardana. When Guru Ji reached this Village, People of the Village told Guru Sahib that a demon visits this Village and terrorizes People. Guru Ji blessed Villagers and said," From now on you need not to worry." One day that demon came to the Village, while Guru Ji was present. He bowed before Guru Ji and requested for liberation from cycle of Birth and Death. Guru Ji blessed him and told him that to attain liberation you should serve the people and respect their place of worship. From that Day demon never disturbed the people of the Village. In the North of the Village was a deep pool of water which was an ancient place of Pilgrimage and was known as Bad Tirath, hence the name of the Gurdwara.
The Tenth Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji visited this place after winning the battle of 'Khidrane Dee Dhab' , while on his way to Nanded. He blessed this place with five arrows.
