Gurudwara Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji Sahib is situated in the Village Chak Fateh Singh wala, district Bathinda. After the battle of Mukatsar Sahib Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji was staying at Talwandi Sabo (Gurudwara Sri Damdama Sahib). Mai Deesan ji was great disciple of Guru Sahib. She always wanted to have Guru Sahib's darshan and also to serve him. Just to fulfill her desire Guru Sahib came here. This place was open area in those times. Guru Sahib got his tent pitched at this place near Village pond (chapar). Which is now converted into Sarovar. From here Mai Deesan ji took Guru Sahib to her home and served him with great Devotion. Guru Sahib stayed there for many days. Guru Sahib's many belongings are still preserved there at their home Gurudwara Sri Burj Sahib.
Guru Gobind Singh Ji visited Chak Fateh Singh Wala to meet Mai Desan Ji and pitched his tent where the sarovar of Gurdwara Sahib Chak Fateh Singh Wala is located. From there Mai Desan took Guru Gobind Singh to her home (now Gurdwara Sri Burj Sahib) and served him with great devotion.
